I was recommended to this family run business for my internet and phone. So I emailed the company on 2 occasions to find out a little more. Unfortunately, I have not heard back; So if this is the company at it's best with potentially, new business. How do they treat existing customers who have issues?

De momento tenemos internet con ellos hace varios meses y nunca hemos tenido ningún problema. Hemos pagado todo el año de golpe y todo muy bien. Sale como a 15 euros al mes y el servicio en la oficina es muy bueno y personal

La atención al cliente es pésima.. Es una pena porque el Internet funciona bien, el chico cobra lo que quiere, un mes 18 euros otro mes 20, y encima te viene con excusa de que cada x tiempo que pasa que cobran más.. Cuando al principio del contrato te dice que solo cobra 18 euros, ni un euros más ni euro menos, NO SE LO ACONSEJO A NADIE, Y YO EN PODER ME DOY DE BAJA.
