Wilson & his team have looked after my house for the last 12 years. They have made a 2 bedroom self contained apartment out of my basement, extended the kitchen amongst other renovations. Wilson is always friendly, honest & professional. He has helped to rent out my house for holiday rentals & sorted out cleaners, key holders & gardeners. My husband and I recently purchased a house in Spain through Wilson at Gran Playa real estate. Wilson is professional, courteous and extremely helpful. He showed us the property whenever we asked him to. He arranged and took us to appointments at the bank to sort out our Spanish bank account and arranged and took us to our appointment at the police station to acquire our NIE numbers. Wilson also took us to the see the Notary and once we had bought the property he told us if we ever needed anything we could call him.
