Fantastic value for money. Pro tip. Go and order your food as soon as you get here. Return 3-4 hours later and the food might nearly be done. Fast food it is not.

Pola park is a great place for the family, we bought 4 tickets online (prepaid) and picked up the bracelets at the front gate. We spent 4 good hours enjoying the park with our kids ages 5 & 2. Everything was great until one of the attendants accused us of putting a fake bracelet on our 2 year old son he refused him entry into an attraction then told us to go to the front gate. (The bracelet was hanging a bit loose for 2 reasons, The boy is 2 and had been pulling at it for 4 hours, and the lady who put it on didn't put it on tight) we went to the front gate to plead our case, we had the receipt to prove we had paid for the 4 bracelets ready. We may as well of not bothered, the girl behind the counter couldn't give a toss and was no help at all. The staff in this place need some serious training

Great place kids loved it. Excellent value for money. Looks a bit not good from the outside but dont let that put you off. Our kids age 8 and 10 had loads of fun and once your in there's no hidden extra costs either

Good fun and our kids 3 & 6 had a great time staying up late to be there, but here's some info I would have found useful for my first visit... There's a large car park outside with plenty of spaces. It's open 7pm - 1am and has a safe family atmosphere. You need to buy wrist bands for everyone who is going to go on rides, and they need to be in the queue with you at the same time to have the wristband put on. The prices vary based on age (see pic) You buy the wristband from a booth near edge of park shaped like a rocket ship on its side (see pic). Kids need socks for things like trampolines and soft play. If you don't bring socks you can buy them from machine for one euro. There's not loads of things which adults can go on with the kids, so you might not feel you are getting good value out of your wristband (see pic) Keep your receipt in case your kids lose their wristband, so you can get replacement. The food is all junk food - chips , hot dogs, pizza, kebab meat rolls, sweets, Ice cream.

The only good option for the families who don't make the trip to Benidorm. Good variety of attractions but sometimes the lines can be a bit extensive. Reasonable pricing with option for families or a group of friends to buy packs. Suitable for children between the ages of 3 to 15.

Excellent rides for all ages of children. The water dodgems and go karts went down well with the kids.

Greay place for kids. Lot of activitety. Fortunately it was cloudy so wasn't too many people and ques were short. Lot of food and drink places and prise was really reasonable.

Staff are poorly trained, tickets are very expensive for only a few hours of fun. Staff are also unable to control queues as people clearly push to the front of the line!
