Nice setting , and staff really friendly , however ! I received my main meal which was a simple straightforward pizza, my wife and daughter still did not receive there main coarse until I finished my pizza. Then we had to wait for the waiter to return and offer us the menu for dessert, (i'm still waiting) in a nut shell a total nightmare for service. They definitely need a good kick up the rear end. The food was nice but the service was appalling , would I return , NO definitely not ! If this was simply down to food , then I would give a 4 star and the whole experience it's 1 star I'm afraid . Wish I had gone to burger king !!!!!

This place is very badly managed told the waiters on my arrival that my daughter has a nut allergy i explained this in English and Spanish in case there was any confusion about ten minutes after explaining this the waiter sticks a bowl of nuts right in front of my daughter's face seriously the words fail me .from that point on it just got worse .the food is not good .45 minutes to an hour to produce poor quality food is not the best way to please your customers this establishment should consider selling up and letting some professional's take over. I'm not holding my breath for a response from the manager because he's probably to busy out looking for his next tasteless purchase of Armani clothing (what a tool)

The owner is more interested in putting giant screens up for people to watch football than for people eating, was so lound you literally cant hear yourself speak, i ordered the steak, didn't ask me how i wanted it cooked, when it turned up it was like a bit of rubber with a bit of oven roast veg, everytime i tried cutting it i spilt all the drinks on the table it was so tough. Disgusting. Orderex 2 pizza's, one came about 10 minutes after my steak, i asked where the other one was, i thought the waiter was gonna throw it at me, like it was my fault , he had to get another one cos if his error, he said one will come in 5 minutes, 15 minutes later it came, what a disaster, nice location but how the hell has it been voted best restaurant in santa pola ?? A Russian in Spain running an Italian restaurant!! Head to the main town fir far better places to eat and much cheaper than this place, avoid if you can

First time at this restaurant. Made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The waiter was very friendly. Food was very good and the surroundings very pleasant. Lovely view across the marina. Will definitely return .
