We have had Santa Rosa Telephone service for 10 years. We got the digital Internet/telephone two years ago. Tonight is the first time I’ve had any issues with it whatsoever it appears the system is down. If their historical service is any indicator, it will be fixed quickly they are very quick to respond and extremely friendly when they do any one star from my point of you is sour grapes. I have no ties at all with the company or anyone that works there.
