I love this Bridgend bank and hope it's not one of them closing down like the monmouth santander.which shuts it's doors permanent on the 19th of May. Newport isn't closing down .

Lovely warm & friendly man served me today at this branch whilst I'm on holiday in Wales.
Visited the branch today jus before it closed, needed help but was faced with attitude and huffing and puffing disgusting rude woman serving!! Male member of staff upon exiting very polite , perhaps he could upskill the miserable member of staff .
Staff here are great who've quickly solved my problems or queries, it's just a shame Santander itself is a bit like a slapstick comedy at times which could reflect badly on the great staff here.
