I was charged over 400 for damages prior to my rental, some tiny scratches in the rear bumper that I guess they made in their car wash. During my rental, a fault indicator (about the emission control) activated, and they did not even apologize for the time that I could not use the car. It was solved when I refueled, so I guess they gave it to me with a wrong fuel. I will never rent a car with them.
