Sadly I couldn't access the building because it is under construction. They should change the opening hours in google, because if not people will waste time going. I bet it is great...but I will not be able to tell until the works have finished in a year time.

En total abandono, como la Biblioteca de Marcelino Menéndez Pelayo, con su excepcional colección personal de libros que, a su muerte, legara a la ciudad de Santander. Una vergüenza para una ciudad que se las da de culta. Lamentable. La situación es muy anterior al Covid19, así que no venga con escusas.
