Great place to visit for maybe half a day. It was a 7 euro taxi ride from NH Ciudad Santander, where we were staying, so relatively close to the main promenade. There is plenty to walk about, fabulous views, a comically small \zoo\ (there are only few penguin and some seals). You can mix this up with time at the beach! Food in the restaurants on site is worth passing on - Get your own!

The area in general is overrated, but still has great views and a calm road to walk.
Lovely spot for kids with a nice little sealife area
Very enjoyable park, part of the Peninsula De La Magdalena, which is worth a day's trip, the beaches, the paths for strolling, the mini zoo, the reconstructed relics of long ago ships, etc. Worthwhile visit for a picnic bringing in your own stuff!
Must have walk trip if u are here in Santander. Stunning environment
