Shame about the other reviews. I had a great time on these bikes cruising around Santander with my girlfriend. It took a few minutes to sort out the purchase at the machine but after that we enjoyed a half day rental for 2.50 each! Excellent! Tip - pay the holding deposit on your credit card.

They need to do business in a better way. They say \free bike for 30 mins\ which attracts you but later you find out you need to pay 150 Euros as a refundable deposit. The worst part is that it is an insecure platform - I inserted my card in their automated machine and the payment got authorised without asking for any PIN number. Anyway, after you return the bike, the refund does not come immediately. Now it is already 20 days and Im still waiting for the refund. TUSBic tell you that they released the refund immediately but the bank can take 20 days to give it to you. The website has a online form for contacting them but you need to remember the code you created along with the ticket number. Without these, there is no way to contact them - no email address provided on their website. Since I already left the country, there is no way for me to do anything but wait. I would avoid this service if you are a tourist because its is complicated to contact them for your refund and you dont know when it will come back.

Una auténtica vergüenza, despues de cerca de 20 minutos para poder sacar la bici, en la letra pequeña pone que te cargan de tu cuenta 150 en este caso como sacamos dos bicicletas fueron 300 .Hasta hay mas o menos bien por que supuestamente el rembolso de la fianza de las bicicletas segun dicen ellos te lo hacen de 24 a 72 h. Bueno pues han tardado 12 dias en rembolsarlo, por no hablar de la mediocridad de las bici, no lo recomiendo.
No entiendo como el ayuntamiento de Santander tiene el valor de alquilar esas bicicletas Pesan una barbaridad, y son malisimas. Hay que ser Indurain para mover esas bicicletas. No valen ni para chatarra. Si no renueven el parque de bicicletas y pongan unas en condiciones lo único que hacen es robar a la gente.
12 dias y aun esperando mis 300 euros... En el contrato sale 72horas, estáis infringiendo el contrato y puede ser causa de denúncia.
