Using her extensive experience and knowledge, she was able to more than double the amount our insurance company was going to pay us to restore our flooded basement. The job came out beautiful! In June there was a basement flood. As I never had experience with such an incident I needed guidance in necessary steps on the complicated project. After many people appeared to work, I needed communication . Donna Robbins provided that with an outline of steps, questions answered, along with my responsibilities. Donna took pictures, measured, noted concerns. Assessments,adjuster communications as well as required permits. If I had a question, Donna found out the answer. Donna also provided hints . Donna was my ROCK!
