We have known the shop for many years. Advantages? strategic location and 3 or 4 good brands. Against? Very unprofessional, they don't know what they sell or what it's for, they can't advise on anything, everything is always "great". After complaining about a defective shoe, they treated my wife really badly, they didn't even attend to her. The treatment continued to be bad when I approached them but they actively talked to me (unbearable sexism) but in a rude manner. We suspect that they discriminate against people who speak Galician and taking into account that we are in the capital of Galicia it is quite unintelligent as well as being simply discriminatory treatment. We will not return nor will any of our family or friends and it is a shame because we like to shop locally and get around on foot
