I had my every first tattoo done at Sagrado Corazón about 3 weeks ago and I am so glad that I have chosen this shop for my first tattoo experience. This guys are so amazing, lovely and friendly. Very patient. they took their time to explain everything to me, to create the tattoo the way I wanted it and they also shared their experiences with me to inspire me for my own tattoo. I thank you guys million times for your great job and service. I will come back to have another one, some time soon - as soon as I have a new idea much love. Sara

It was my only day in Santiago after doing the Camino De Santiago and these guys fit me in within the hour! I wanted 2 tattoos to fully capture my experience of the Camino and I couldn’t be happier! Great work and amazing service even amid covid times... and I’m asian! very cool spot. I would highly recommend to any pilgrim.

Really nice tattoo studio. I love my sweet little tattoo. thank you. I had a great experience. They could give all 4 of as an appointment pretty spontaneously. All of us got 4 great tattoos and a good consultation. The tattoo artists are working clean and tidy and really honest about their work. I would definitely recommend it. ️

Unfortunately, the business side of the experience was not up to the artistic standard. I came in a week in advance with a picture of what I wanted and was quoted an extremely reasonable price. The young lady who quoted it added, 'more or less.' I came back to make the appointment and left a deposit (which I later found out is not required if you call for your appointment). When it came time to pay, the cost was over half again what I was quoted and she 'forgot' the deposit I'd left (same young lady, very next day) until I brought it up. No apology was made, but the deposit was returned. Where I come from, 150% (170%, with the deposit) is not 'more or less' than the quote, it's embarrassing - cause for apologies to the customer and serious discussions about how to estimate properly. I definitely won't come back for any other tattoos here but will look for a shop that does a better job on the business side. The experience of designing & receiving my tattoo, on the other hand, was great. I'm very happy with the result and enjoyed working with the tattoo artist on it. If my rating was based on this part of the experience alone, it would be 5 stars. I would be happy to work with the artist again, if he were at a different shop.
