I've been doing business with this company for about 3 years. Had decent service. The person I normally deal with is no longer there and the difference in the way they do business now is noticeable. Well rented a car for about 2 weeks, unfortunately there was some mild scratches from a dog and someone backed into the car. I knew that I had to pay for fix it, wasn’t bothered with that, since a few years back, I had to do the same. What I feel Is insane, is that they charged me 4 days to get those small things fixed. I would accept one, even 2 Days (Since I’ve spent thousands of with them, I felt like they would work with me, they didn’t). So no longer using them since I can see that the way they do business has changed. I would stay away honestly because for anything mild they will say that the car needs to be out of service for a few days. Try elsewhere!

Buena atención La entrega del vehículo fue puntual y la unidad estaba en buenas condiciones. Y fue genial porque la camioneta contaba con rack para llevar nuestras bicicletas ️
