There are not enough stars to describe the outstanding service! From the very beginning Carlos set up a very good communication channel and answered promptly all my queries.Even if we did not meet face to face ( I placed the order from abroad) I felt I was in the shop. He delivered in a timeless manner the perfect bouquet, using a combination of local flowers and fresh beautiful roses. He also helped me to find the perfect bottle of wine! Highly recommended! Brilliant service. I ordered from the UK the flowers were beautiful and they even sourced some champagne just for me and made a bespoke door wreath. Top class service. I would definitely recommend... in fact about to order a bouquet of Christmas flowers.

Excelente atención y servicio, recomendados 100%. Compre un arreglo floral y una caja de bombones para un regalo de cumpleaños y la persona quedo encantada. Carlos, la persona que me atendió telefónicamente fue muy atento y servicial todo el tiempo, y me ayudó a aclarar todas las dudas que tenía. Mantuvo constate comunicación conmigo durante todo el tiempo e incluso cuando el regalo fue entregado, esto fue genial para mí ya que no vivo en Tenerife. Quedé muy satisfecho y agradecido.
