No longer Hong Kong 97. Now a local food place. Excellent food and service. They go the extra mile and it is cheaper than the other options in Los Gigantes. And they have stayed open during the pandemic. They deserve the custom and support.

No longer Honk Kong 97 (which was awful) but ‘Buen Gusto’ which is excellent. Run by a Vietnamese family, unusually most of the food they offer is Mediterranean cuisine. The pizzas are first class and reasonably priced.

As we arrived at the bus stop next to this restaurant (after a long journey ) my 6 year old daughter was desperate for the toilet. My husband went in and asked if she could use the facilities. The lady inside refused to show him where the toilets were unless he paid 1. He said I'll pay but she needs to go now. However she still refused so they had to go to the next restaurant which had no problem. Then as we walked past and looked in she shouted one euro at us into the street. So my husband offered it to her. She then threw it back at him. So due to her greed she has missed out on our potential custom as we quite fancied Chinese that night! So 1 cost her at least 50. Silly woman!

Very friendly. Presentation was not what we were used to. However, the food was tasty and reasonably priced. Good service.

Food quality was a solid 7/10 however service was quite appalling. We opted for the set course meal A and waited 25 minutes between the starter and the main with only one other table being occupied by a family of four. I was practically chewing my fingers off in this time! Food eventually arrived it was OK. The final straw was once finally spotting my pint was empty and offering another, I don't know where she went to fill it up but I imagined she had got the ferry across to the island of La Gomera.... Cancelled the pint and asked for the bill. They give us a bottle of house red to take home for the f*** up but I'm still angry enough to write my first review on a restaurant EVER!
