Possibly the worst hair cut I’ve had in years. Instead of using scissors to properly trim your hair, they’re the kind of salon that just uses a trimmer to buzz off everything. Not sure if they’d be good for anything other than getting a crop cut. Ruined my trip to Santiago.

I went in for a trim, with scissors only. I called in advanced and asked for a stylist that does scissors ahead of time. Gustavo was the stylist that I was paired with, He started using scissors then went right to machine and shopped up all of my hair. Went in with long hair left with short. Ruined my hair, If your an American, "gringo" do not go to this place, I believe they do not like our kind, and thus will ruin you hair purposely. beware, I did not pay attention to the last review left on Google from another American visitor, his hair was also ruined, so you have been warned.

I've had two haircuts here I was very happy with. It seems trendier than any of the other hairdressers in the centre.
