On the scheduled day on install; the crew was over two hours later than the time they gave (8-9am) and didn't arrive until almost 11am. When calling was told they were running a little late-- they DID NOT CALL US, we called them. Once they arrived they did the whole houses carpet as we had expected. Upon completion we noticed many scratches on our baseboards, and on the walls, ceiling and railing of our stairwell. This was immediately after Christmas so we were busy and didn't call to discuss the damage until end of January. (Had a new baby come in that time as well). We provided photos of the issues and informed them the following \the worst areas are in the stairwell areas where they likely pulled the carpet up the stairs and scratched paint. There are also lots of nicks in baseboards but we didn't take photos of every one. We had paint done on 11/7/17 (40 days prior to carpet install); so this isn't wear and tear on our house/paint! And we aren't talking about where paint was pulled up from The carpet being pulled up. We knew and expected that but didn't expect walls and under-sides of ceiling and corners to get scraped. \ We never heard back from them on any type of discount or apology. I would not recommend this company! Didn't confirm our install date. We had to call! Late! Irresponsible for damage!
