I brought my Prius in to repair a cracked bumper. Santostefano exceeded my expectations throughout the process! The drop-in free estimate was reasonable, scheduling was easy, and the repair was done on time. Original parts were used, and the car looks beautiful! I was also so impressed they thoroughly washed the car inside and out. I’m so thankful for an honest, fair, pleasant experience here. Excellent work and service. I highly recommend them!

This place is highly recommended. The quality of work and customer service of this body shop is top class. I brought in my black 2016 E350 that had a dent on the rear bumper. They did such a good job it looks like nothing happened to it. The blending is top notch, many shops struggle in that aspect of body repair. Whoever they have doing the blending is certainly a master of their craft.

I had an accident With my 2013 Ford Fiesta right after Christmas. The shop in Portland was closed so I brought it to Santostefano’s because they were not only open but got great reviews.They not only did quality work, but they were very accommodating for my circumstances. I was scheduled to go to Florida and they said if they finished the repairs while I was in Florida, I could keep the car there until I got back at no extra charge. The dealership ended up sending the wrong part which delayed the repair, however even though it was not their fault in the delay, they offered to deliver the car( even though it is against their policy during COVID). Great service, quality work and very accommodating!

For the second time, I left my Element's back door open and ran into my garage door as I was backing out. The door frame was warped and beyond repair and had to be replaced. The first time Santostefano's was able to find a door in the same original color. The second time they had to paint the door. Both times they did a great job with the repair and within the timeframe stated. I paid no more than was estimated. My husband has also used their services to paint the grill of a car we just got that had some paint damage. Very pleased with the work done on both our cars.

Octopus Prime

So on August 4th 2020 Middletown CT suffered a horrible windstorm, which caused a limb to come out of a tree crushing my garage onto a new (2020) pickup truck. I took it into santostefano's the suggestion of a friend. While the repairs took a bit longer due to part shortages, which is totally understandable as it's a 2020 after all. Upon pick up of the truck the repairs had the truck looking good as new externally. While the inside had been cleaned to an obsessive degree. I swear the truck is cleaner now than it was when I picked it up from the dealer. They worked with my insurance 100%, no issues there. I will be using them again, if need be, in the future. (Hopefully I won't have to but you never know!)
