If one is taking a subway to Maruyama park or zoo, one wouldn't miss it on the way. It's between subway and park. It's no different than other ordinary KFC, apart from the fact that it has some promotions if one holds zoo annual pass. What we liked about it is the service we received from one of the waitresses - she was exceptional and her smile lifted our hearts!
