Had my birthday lunch at this restaurant. When you consider the price (we went for the most expensive lunch option 3800yen before tax) with the ambience and view, it is not surprising that the food is average even though they try to make it seem high-end with the menu items and plating. The staff are smartly dressed and polite, but there were very big misses like balling up an expensive coat (big no-no cos the fluff inside gets messed up) and they entirely forgot to serve my birthday cake. If my bf had not asked about it as we were paying, it would be like there never was one to begin with. Overall quite unfortunate as the restaurant itself is perfect for dates.

Good place to go for dinner. Food is delicious and service is good. Best part is the revolving. U get beautiful view of the city. Altogether is good

The place is just bad. Really bad. Food is pseudo European, but the quality is extremely low. There are many good Italian and French places in Japan but this is not one of them. The service is very poor especially compare to Japanese standards. The only good thing is panoramic view across Sapporo but you can get it in any roof top bar. So, not recommended at all

View of the mountains to the north is nice, but the food and drinks are not good. (Somewhat to be expected one would think, yet the other reviews suggest otherwise for some reason). Seafood gratin was tiny and creamy in a cheap thousand-island dressing way; salad was lifeless and empty; sausage plate was unpleasantly lukewarm bordering undercooked; fries were at least fresh, but still with room for improvement. Drinks were also rather small and slapdashedly made. Skip unless you're pining very strongly for a view.

revolving restaurant on the 23rd floor of the Royal Century Hotel. Great views as you can image. The food was also delicious with the option of Ala carte or really well priced set menus. Recommend this to anyone looking for a nice and private venue to have a nice dinner.
