The place looks really good - the design, atmosphere and menu are great... But that's where it ends unfortunately. On a Wednesday night the place was empty and had around 6 staff... Also they have a 300 yen charge per person which includes a drink and dip? Why? First the food - prices are good, if not cheap... steak. Chicken etc are around 1000 yen but the quality is low. Dishes are between 300 yen and 1200 yen but all were underwhelming. We order the buratta salad and the cheese was ok but the sauce it had tasted like it was straight out of a can. The drinks were only priced and limited. Craft beer in a bottle was 1100 yen which is more expensive than the main dishes and also the wine selection was limited and overpriced. The service was not good, the staff did not know the menu and didn't provide any recommendations. The place is new so I still have hope, they just need to work on improving the quality of food (increase the costs for better food is ok) work on training the team and improve the drink menu.

Find a great French&Italian restaurant in Sapporo. Just drop by a restaurant which is at the first floor of the Hotel I stayed. It looks quite fancy and expensive one, but actually it was quite reasonable. All the dishes are just like an art! Here is a perfect place to enjoy a dish with wine.

東急ステイに併設されているレストラン。東京の東急ステイの感覚だと、そんなにいい店だとは想像できないところだが、全くそうではなかった。テーブルクロスこそないものの、サービスはきちんとしており、料理も凝った感じで味も良い。ワインもボトルがお手頃な価格。席もゆったりして落ち着ける。ただし、団体貸切での利用が多いようで、事前にオープンしているか確認した方がよさそう。また、繁華街のど真ん中にあるわけでもなく場所が目立たないのと、わりと近くに、別の東急ステイがあるので注意が必要。

街中にあるのに静かでゆっくり過ごせます。 店内はコンパクトですが非常に清潔感があり、お食事もメインにサラダやドリンクはおかわり自由。 女性グループが多いのも納得です。

昼に利用。最も安いセットメニュー。とても満足しました。接客がとても感じ良かったです。フルーツ3種とドリンク4種は選択肢としては少ないですが、逆に迷わなくて済むので時間が節約できて良かったです。

入りやすい入り口、店内はオシャレ、文字だけで想像できなさそうな少し変わったメニュー、一緒にいくメンバーにより、選べる色々な席配置、とにかく満足致しました。
