This is the place so-called "manga cafe". A great place to relax, read manga or browse the internet. It has separated smoking and non-smoking area, you can also order food directly from the computer.

If you're in Sapporo and have 3 hours to burn, this is a good place to go with 2 floors of manga shelves (all in japanese), billiards and darts on the first floor and a range of free drinks and soft serve machines. Asian internet cafés are unlike most western equivalents, and this one is open 24hours where you can sleep in a stall and shower facilities. There are 2 floors with solo stalls with just a computer and chair, and some rooms for around a group of 4 with a computer and TV(dvd player, a/c, etc). You can order food from a 100 yen menu that is a reasonable serving for the size. It's 310yen for entry and 1030yen for 3 hours

空き時間に仕事をしたくて。足が疲れていたので、靴を脱げるマットのお部屋にしました。狭く感じました。よろけて、壁にぶつかり、かなり響いてしまいました。４階で、ドリンクバーもあると言われましたが、ソフトクリームは３階だけでした。携帯を忘れたりして、3往復ぐらいしたので、疲れてしまい、殆ど寝てました。もう少し、広かったら良かったかな。食べ物は多い様に感じました。レディースデーなど、サービスデーも多いので、うまく利用出来たらお得かも。
店員の接客態度が驚くほど悪かった。 仕事と遊びの区別がついていない男女の接客が、とても不快でした。 緊急の要件で利用したが、二度と利用することはない。
狭くて暗い。ネットカフェの中では遮音性や個室性は比較的高め。携帯電話は使用不可だけど、トイレなら通話しても良さげ。
普通のブースは綺麗なのと、無料のモーニングが有ります。ソフトクリームもドリンクバーの所に有ります。ただ、ファミリールームは掃除機かけたのかな？と思う程埃っぽいです。ブースは分煙、ファミリールーム・ダーツ・ビリヤードは喫煙なので、完全分煙はブースのみです。
20日レディースデーは食事も半額なので、女性にはお得かも。 PCはwindows10 32bitなので、64bit推奨のゲームはプレイが厳しいかもしれません。
