My experience with the bookends of this facility was very poor. The front desk staff is very rude and condescending. They also lack compassion for someone who is about to have a medical procedure done. They are more concerned about money than patient care. The staff once in the back were good. Dr. Tran and the nursing staff was good. The recovery portion is also lacking. They are so quick to turn patients they want you out of there quickly. They are quick to cite the number of patients they are seeing in a given time so you are aware of how it is necessary for you to get in and out. You are barely waking up and they are trying to get you dressed and out. I wasn't even able to stand on my own yet and they wanted me to get dressed and leave. My understanding this facility is owned by area doctors I hope the physicians know what is happening before and after because both those experiences leaving very bitter taste in ones mouth. This feels like a \mill\ then a medical facility. The website says timely and no waiting. They were behind about an hour. Website also boasts easy access for family and patients. There is a waiting room for family however family is not allowed anywhere else or with the patient at all until being released. I understand there are privacy concerns but that isn't easy access for family once a patient is brought back they are alone until they are being wheeled out in a wheel chair to the car. There is no communication with the waiting family members either.

I love this facility! I have had many proceedures done here by a few different doctors. The staff is amazing! Jackie is an absolute sweetheart but all of the staff has excellent bedside manners, efficient, fun, and professional. I always have great conversations. Makes the time fly.
