By happenstance, we ended up here...the oldest tiki bar in Florida...and we're sad to have to leave the area. GREAT Tiki tenders! Say hi to Alex, Tom, and Meghan...and find the HIDDEN JOKER!! :-)

If you are looking for a truly unique experience where you are swept away to another era, THIS is the place! Here you will find not only fun, tropical and stiff cocktails but you’ll also experience the lost art of bartending. Alex was charismatic, attentive, funny and never missed a beat behind the bar. The ambiance is tiki bar done right complete with moody lighting and tropical music under a magnificent banyan tree. There is a patio although we didn’t venture out to explore as we were enjoying the experience inside so much. Definitely looking forward to returning for more cocktails and fun tiki vibes this time on the patio!
Good Mai-Tais, live entertainment, late night DJ for dancing on the patio. Friendly clientele from all walks of life. Super friendly attentive service. We had a wonderful time.
Completely renovated but still gives that 1954 tiki vibe. Drinks were spectacular with beautiful fresh ingredients and garnish. Staff friendly and welcoming. Live music on some evenings. If you haven't been here recently you're missing out. Best tiki drinks this side of Maui.
I was sad to see the remodel however it is a big improvement that was overdue. Our bartender was attentive and very pleasant. I wonder if the recipe for the Mai Tai is the same????
Bahi Hut is such a cool bar experience! The interior is awesome and the drinks are perfectly prepared - very balanced and tasty. Thanks so much to excellent Saturday night bartender and staff. Bought a cute mug and tshirt too.
Okay so we first went to this place like 6 years ago and loved the mai tai’s but let me just tell you they just completely renovated the place. It’s so fun and inviting now and we just had a few drinks there on our way home. I didn’t catch his name but the bartender today was so friendly and ATTENTIVE! You don’t even have to get his attention and he knows what you need and has it ready for you. I can’t believe we waited so long to come back. This is going to be our new hot spot every weekend and the number one place we are taking anyone who comes to visit.
My favorite spot in Sarasota! A big, new outdoor deck is the perfect place to safely enjoy while socially distancing. The historic charm and original character of the location is very well maintained and makes for a truly one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Top notch drinks, and the service is always impeccable!
