Highly recommend as needed per any and all inquiries/services to be performed by Bald Eagle Inspection LLC. In particular my family and I were extremely satisfied with how very professional, prompt & thorough owner Jason Federico was in providing all inspection/testing as requested. Jason was very knowledgeable and experienced, as well as openly honest! He provided top quality services exactly as discussed in our initial assessment agreement. Services were performed within an expedited time frame including a reasonable price quote for what I had needed done. Particularly I had requested a full mold assessment along with an indoor air quality test of a rental property my children and were residing in that we had presumed was causing us ongoing health issues. These were due to the home's conditions regarding a fairly extensive mold problem. In which Jason successfully confirmed the extent of the problem and ultimately provided my family and I a professional report and sufficient documentation in order for us to hold the homeowner accountable for not addressing the issue per our own request. Jason does great work. Extremely happy with his inspections service. He was patient, took the time to answer all of my questions during and after the inspection. He even recommended a septic inspector that caught problems that could have cost us thousands down the road. Worth every penny.

Jason was incredibly thorough in explaining each process of his inspection and went above and beyond when it came to educating us about what we were seeing as we walked with him through parts of the inspection. He gave excellent resources as well. He spent almost 4 hours going through the property, testing, taking notes and photos. I feel like I have a mini-manual about the house. having moved several times, this is the most thorough inspection I have ever had!
