Finally was able to use my turbo timer after going to this car audio installation tech! After having it installed over 3 years ago at another best buy store. The tech was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me so I was now able to use all of the features of the autostart/alarm. He also fixed some other issues, updated my stereo and other assorted installations in a very timely professional manner. I highly recommend this best buy for car audio installation!

This is a nice clean well laid out store. The employees seem very knowledgeable about their products. My only complaint is there are never enough employees. I like that at least in my experiences if they say they have it in stock at that location online they actually do have it in stock.
Easy online purchase and curbside pickup. Easy returns. Only thing i don't like is the 15 day return policy.
I went into this store looking to buy stuff for my smart home .... Debbie an older woman with short curly hair helped me. She was the best most knowledgable person I have ever met at a best buy period she had so many helpful tips for me and made my shopping experience a delight. I will go out of my way to go to this best buy with the Hope's that Debbie will be there to help me again.

Went to buy an apple watch, was told to put my name on a wait list. I told them I know exactly what I want. The employees were wandering around disinterested in anything except thier phones, but I wasn't the only one who was disappointed. Two other ppl were left waiting for half an hour just to be acknowledged. They lost my business, and theirs too. What a shame
Decent layout but the staff seems to be pretty inefficiently distributed, particularly if visiting the geek squad counter. We spent 4-5 hours there waiting for a phone to be fixed after being told it would be a max of 2 hours so we observed a lot. There will be staff standing around seemingly doing nothing while customers have been waiting for a good while to talk to someone at the counter.
