We love the deli. The prices are great. We sometimes just go for the deli. Live about 30 miles away. Worth the trip because we always find more than we went for. Staff are friendly & helpful.

Not friendly ! Try to say Thank You & Have a good day & the associates don't even say hi , Thank You. Very rude to . At Deli you ask of pound of cheese & you get just over a half. If people are not friendly, then they don't belong in retail !
They always have extremely long checkout lines and not allowing shoppers in until after 9 am is extremely inconvenient.
Unfortunately, my husband and I had a horrible experience with the BJ’s tire center recently. I don’t typically leave bad reviews and usually just chock it up to the person having a bad day but I’m hoping this review will help offer steer clear. My husband called to ask a simple question about his appt he had scheduled (and paid for already) but Larry in the tire center was extremely rude. We only had a question about what time we should drop his car off and Larry immediately responded with “GOOD LUCK WITH THAT” good luck with asking you a question?? Then he proceeded to tell my husband how busy he is and can’t be of any help. My husband is very professional and nice so to have Larry immediately respond in such an unprofessional, rude manner we were pretty shocked. I understand everyone’s jobs are more stressful right now due to the pandemic and both my husband and I work in healthcare, I myself directly treat patients so I get being stressed out but this was beyond unprofessional and inexcusable. Sorry for the long review but I hope this helps others in making your decisions on where to purchase and have your tires placed.
Ordered tires online and set up appointment for install on Friday 4/10/20. Arrived and all was set to go. Tires were there and tire tech got started right away. Other then a few interruptions since he was the only person there it went smooth. Tech was pleasant to talk to and answered all questions and was quick and accurate with installation. Good experience.
As a nonprofit, Roxanne Benoit, assisted us in numerous beneficial ways. Helping us with purchasing dog and cat food for our rescued animals, with contacting nearby stores looking for our products. When it comes to Bj’s inventory she helped with the utmost effort and care. Just called customer service because I've been waiting half hour in deli line with several other people and 1 deli member. She gave me an attitude and would not get help. Is this how u care about customers bjs. Your workers at this store are rude inconsiderate and dont care
I was considering getting a membership, so I paid a visit to this Bj’s and looked around. I noticed up front that there are typical social gatherings at the supervisor stand. The lines seemed to be long, & members looked frustrated especially at the self checkouts. The self checkouts and the registers look old & not up to date. I wanted to see how the food was such as the meat & fruit. The meat packages looked out of date, turning brown and bloody. I picked one up and it leaked all over the sleeve of my shirt.... The produce department was alright but wasn’t all that great. The fruit had fruit flies flying all around them... I also came into the store without a membership card and the woman at the door stopped and asked me for one, yet I told her I don’t have one and I wanted to take a look around before I decided to buy a membership. She seemed overbearing and her attitude came off like she was a “security guard” or a “cop”. I mean seriously?.... Im glad I didn’t spend my money here.
