I ordered a small edible arrangement for my mothers 93rd Birthday to be delivered. The arrangement was fantastic looking and she loves it. Glad I ordered this for this for a special occasion.

I needed a special gift and was near an Edible Arrangement store. The gal was super helpful and made a difficult choice decision easy. She spent a good 20 minutes with me and also tried to find deals to cut my cost. Shipping costs do not change according to distance as the destination was about a block away, in the end though, still worth the purchase. She had some samples to try and they were devine. I have never had a bad experience when ordering from Edible Atrangements.

Hit or miss and this last one was a MISS. They called to tell me at 3:55 pm that they close at 3:00 and that they got our order at 1:00 but their printers were not working ( I think she meant computer?) , there was no discussion or apology just that they would send it the next day, Which they did but not until AFTER 3:00pm. If there was ANYPLACE else I could use I would. They also will not put in another type of fruit if you are allergic to say, cantelope. I went to speak to the owner who basically does not care. Must be good to have that much business and be the only game in town so your forced to use them! We need some competition!
