Was a horrible experience. Took an hour and a half to get an oil change when there was no line outside at all and seen 4 people come in way after me for an inspection and was out the door well before me! Do not recommend it

Needed an oil change today as I'm taking an unplanned long trip tomorrow. Picked this place as I had a coupon. As I got there, this newbie wasnt sure what line to get on, drove up to the bay doors and a nice employee helped me out. I told the tech about my hood not staying open and very hard to close and lock. They start work on my car. Not long after an employee calls me back to the bay area, I thought about some of the reviews and worried about the 'hard sell'. Nope... showed me my clean air filter, said my wipers were good. Go have a seat. Done quickly, had a coupon but an employee gave me an even better one. I have no complaints at all. Vacuumed my car beautifully even though it is kind of a clunker. Oh and the tech got my hood shut tightly!! A new customer who will be back in 5K miles.
The staff was friendly, informative, and thorough. The service was quality and expedient.got shiny new sticker on my now much cleaner old car. happy with the experience and will return next time I need or just want one of the services offered
