If you've never had fresh pasta, you MUST try some of Rose's! I sampled a variety of options including regular fettuccine, Leaf Peeper seasonal noodles, cheese ravioli, and seafood ravioli as we were celebrating a birthday. The fresh ingredients make all the difference & boxed pasta will never compare. Her prices are affordable enough for weekly visits, and I will be back!

We visited the shop this evening. Tried the mushroom ravioli and a tomato sauce. The sauce came with shallots, garlic and fresh basil to be blended at home. A wonderful meal with top quality fresh ingredients. Can’t beat it. All should try it. This place deserves to be a place to have around in Saratoga Springs for a long time. Well done.

We picked up 2lb of regular fettuccine here on a recent visit. Mangiamo's is a bright little shop - clean and homey - and just two blocks off Broadway. There's only a couple parking spots but a free parking garage is located just a half block away. Rose the owner is charming, friendly, and helpful. She even provided special packaging and instructions for us to ensure our pasta would survive the trip home. Authentic homemade pasta with that unbeatable flavor and texture! Since she has the professional equipment to work with, the final product is also consistent and attractive on the plate. Whether you're cooking for a special event or just finicky about your pasta, I highly recommended Mangiamo's quality homemade pasta!
