I was so excited to see this location open up. I couldn't wait to look around. On my very first visit I came across a display of the prettiest scrapbook paper and the sign said "Buy one get Two Free", I picked out my 3 favorite packs. When I got up to the register I was informed that it had to be the 100 count pack to get the deal and I had the 48 count packs. I said the sign doesn't say that and the cashier replied "I know, people keep coming up here with the wrong pack", ok so take the sign down or fix the display. Not a very good first impression at a grand opening. Very disappointed.

I was very excited to try this new store as we haven’t had a craft store in some time. I had a 20% off coupon on my phone and was unable to bring it up as the wifi isn’t great. The manager refused to allow me to use the store coupon if I couldn’t pull it up myself. Not what I’m used to from Michael’s. Pretty disappointing.
