I have been bringing Queen Annie to Banfield inside Pet Smart for many years. They have always takin great care of her. I also pay for the Wellness plan which has its own great benefits. The staff are always friendly and helpful. After her visit we go shopping. That's her favorite part because she gets a special treat.

Purchased my granddaughter an aquarium and all the essentials needed for this fish. Spent about 78.00 including the beta fish. Less than 12 hours later, this beautiful fish has turned white, hiding behind heater, and will probably be dead by morning! Sell innocent people sick fish....pretty messed up!
Great place to take your pets to get groomed. The staff are excellent and provide not only good work but written feedback on how your pet was during the grooming as well as any other details. Our family recommends this place as they care and take great care of your pet.
Do not ask the cashiers anything because you will get told to buy it off line. Now the 2 young ladies working the floor were amazing. But how are you not even gonna look and just tell me to order it off line when I need a bottle now or my kittens will not make it! Unreal
Love the groomers at PetSmart. They do a great job! My poor dogs hair looked like Albert Einstein's. Now she is gorgeous and smells MUCH better too. They also ground her nails which looked like the talons of an eagle. I won't do it because some nails are clear and some a are black and I don't want to hurt her. She's much cooler now too. So we're both happy lol.

Terrific! We went in to get a new harness collar for our golden retriever to replace an older one. Our dog is quite the acrobat so we needed one like the older one she could not get out of. Rose (I think that was her name) helped us first and allowed us to try several on. Then she got Tabbie who helped us find the perfect collar, one that we had not seen yet and that was like our older one. She showed us how to put in on and adjusted it for us. We even got a discount!
I don't really come here all that often. But when I do, they are very friendly and very helpful. Decent prices.
