Was helping a neighbor with returning his rental and I called RAC and they told me that they would come the next day at 11am to pick it up. They never showed only to find out they never had me on the schedule. I spoke with a manager and he told me to call later to have them pick it up, so I did only to find out a lady told me they would pick it up in a week! Not good customer service... na na na...

Jason and Veronica are easy to work with they take their time to help you out it was it's been a great experience for about seven years now. Buy here same as cash works perfect for me . SIx months to pay off something I can't afford in one shot .

I'd give them 0 if I could .bought a mattress and maybe a week or so later noticed a couple fleas... I killed them thinking maybe it came from the factory the mattress was made in....now I'm seeing more and more. .I told the people in the store and they got an attitude with me...I said they can come get their mattress. They refuse to come pick it up and told me they would have me arrested if I didn't pay for the bed. The nerve.
