HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL !! I brought a bridesmade dress that needed to be taken out , I told them I needed my dress by October 10 beacause the wedding was October 12. I dropped the dress off two weeks in advance and called to check on my dress twice, they assured me my dress would be done and it was a easy fix, I paid in advance and when I went to pick up my dress the day before the wedding the work was not done. They almost made me miss out on my best friends wedding I would never take anything here to be altered in any way!!!! They also measured me wrong, on top of the hell they put me through!! Do not go to this place my dress bag came back ripped and my dress bottom was dirty !!! I’ve never ever wrote a review but this place was the worst experience I’ve been through, thank god my grandmother could help me just in time so I could be in the wedding and not waste hundreds of dollars !!

Saratoga Cleaners was able to help me in a very time sensitive situation - they replaced a broken zipper on my triathlon racing kit on no notice two days before Lake Placid. The replacement was sturdier and lighter than then original and they chose one that matched my kit. Very pleased to recommend them!

I needed some quick tailoring on a uniform (pants hemmed and tapered). Anna from Saratoga Cleaners not only came through with the overnight alterations, but also did a superb job! I highly recommend Saratoga Cleaners for all cleaning and tailoring needs!
