Went into to the print and copy section and was “helped” by an employee named Chuck. This employee was nothing more than disrespectful, and rude. His attitude from the very beginning was unacceptable, and unapologetic. He was unable to help me, and simply stated that what I wanted was not feasible. Chuck was then rude to the next customer behind me in line. I later approached Debbie, and explained what I wanted done.. 45 minutes later and it was completed satisfactorily. If this man is at the counter when you visit I suggest you save yourself the aggravation, and walk out the door.

DO NOT drop packages to be sent UPS. They lose them! Manager was to call back after reviewing the camera footage...NO return call! Terrible!!

Went to Staples last night to fax a life insurance policy, making sure it was done right. The customer service is non-existent, more of an inconvenience. My mother wanted something laminated and instead of it getting done, we got a “yeah, we can do it” and then a walk away. Never going back to this place again, it’s a joke.

Haven’t been to this location in over 8 years because of the absolute worst service possible. I spent over 15 minutes in this location looking for help with printer toner. I sought out sales reps and even stood at the photo/copy counter for 7 minutes waiting for one of the two people at the photo counter to acknowledge my presence (they looked in my general direction and went back to their conversation). I tried to stop sales people walking by and made eye contact and was completely ignored by every single rep in the store. It’s been a long time so things have probably changed but the experience was so bad I still remember it.

I was in the store looking at a low cost lap or tablet, no one could be bothered to help. Management at help desk was on the phone for over 10 minutes and a line had formed with one cashier on duty. I got frustrated and left. I wanted to purchase an apple tablet. Not happy being ignored.
