Won’t be going back. For 57 you would think they could keep the course in better condition. The lady in the pro shop was rude, I told her I wanted to take a separate cart due to being exposed to COVID and she was very aggressive and told me I’d have to pay for an additional cart fee to do that, as if I’m not already paying the highest rate in the county. Bunkers are basically mud with rocks in them, the starter told us to take relief from them, so what’s the point of even having them? Tons of ground under repair, instead of requiring a collard shirt they should require an orange vest and hard hat. Save your money and go to Cedar Hills, better design and condition, and way cheaper.

I love Talons Cove! Always have! Course was in really good shape. Bunkers, though, were a different story. Puddles of water were found in many of them. Luckily for me, I never hit a ball in one. Views of Utah Lake can be found on a lot of holes, however, new homes are blocking the most scenic holes. All around, the course is really great!

Fun design with good views. Decent early season conditions. The bunkers however are absolutely terrible. Full of rocks and weeds and just look and play terrible.

Well taken care of. Very challenging layout. Only complaint would be the bunkers, which played more like compacted mud. But, I guess it's best to avoid those anyhow.

I’ve golf at practically all courses in SL and Utah county and always come back to Talons Cove which, in my opinion is one of the best public courses available. The staff is amazingly nice and the facilities are great. They have taken great care of the course and for the most part in great condition. They have done some work with the green side bunkers where, in the past, they have struggled. Still not perfect, but much better. They have hosted our company tournaments for a few years now and have always been more than accommodating and wonderful. I would recommend Talons Cove to anyone!

It is toward the end of the season and the course is still in pretty good shape. The marshall at hole one was enjoyable and explained things well and made a few jokes. Love the views. Decent prices for a round of golf and range balls.

Early spring time golfing grass was dry, Understandable. The staff was very friendly.
