I highly recommend them! Everything was fantastic from the moment I first called to make the reservation. I was very impressed with the high level if service we received from the office worker to the delivery men. And the equipment worked perfectly.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!! DON'T USE!!! They weren't able to accept credit card and so I had to go to the bank and get out cash. So I got in my car and ran around the corner to get cash with all the kids waiting. Then the owner been to berate me for him having to wait for cash AND BEGAN MAKING A SCENE IN FRONT OF THE KIDS. The kids began all looking and staring instead of enjoying the water slide. At which point I told him to just tell me where to sign, we wrapped up the contract and they accepted the cash. I asked he not threaten or berate me in front of the kids. "His son" threatened to take down the waterslide and make "all the kids unhappy." at that point, we had wrapped everything up and I asked them to leave and told them I would reflect how I felt in a review. They then turned around and began to dismantle the water slide and kicked all the kids off. I will be taking legal action. Im so happy these awful business ppl decide to leave a dishonest response to my review. I have facts disputing their attempt to cover up, and will pursue it in court. Thanks boys.
This place is the place to rent from! Hands down! Brady is THE MAN! The customer service from this place and their willingness to help is incredible and something I will never soon forget! We WILL use this company for any needs we have for party supplies. Honest. Helpful. GOOD EXPERIENCE! Thank you Brady!
I highly recommend this company for inflatable rentals. The drop-off and pick-up process went very smoothly and quickly. The inflatable that I rented was very clean (we once had a nightmare experience from another company that had animal feces all over). Overall, the experience was fantastic. It was a very fun day!
I would highly recommend Ultimate Inflatables to anyone and everyone. We had one of their inflatable slides for our family reunion over Labor Day week-end.
