*Update 3/31/21. A rep called me 2 days ago to tell me that the broken machine is now fixed and it took so long because a part had to be fabricated. Today, the same machine is either broken again or it was never fixed. There are also 2 more machines within. 10 feet of it that have also been broken for more than a week. 3 out of 10 leg machines upstairs being broken is more common than not. *UPDATE 3/17, leg extension machine still broken going on 4 weeks.* A gym so small can not afford to have broken equipment. Always super crowded no matter what time of day. Crowded to the point that you cannot get a proper workout. Most equipment is limited to one machine that is either in constant use or broken. Broken equipment takes weeks to be repaired. Though the staff is friendly here many people drive several miles past this VASA to go to the bigger gym in American Fork.

I love this gym! Especially since they open at 4:00 AM now The Energy in this vasa fitness is incredible! The staff very friendly and helpful. They have clean, sanitized and well maintained weights and equipment. Parking lot could but bigger but I always find myself not having any issues with parking luckily.

I was really hoping this place would be great,I hear a lot of good recommendations for it. Chad at the front desk was amazing, helped and was patient with I and my girlfriend to redeem the free pass to try and check out the building. However, there was someone else working, named Kenny. He took us on a tour around the gym, which was appreciated, but what wasn't was how I personally was treated. I am a small, feminine figure, and my girlfriend is very tall and large. He directed everything towards my girlfriend, despite her telling him to talk to me about the gym. He then proceeded to act like I didn't know how to use the weights without so much as asking first. If he would have asked, instead of assuming I didn't know, I wouldn't be so upset. We're going to another gym in some kind of hope that we're not accosted by a condescending "main trainer".

After living around this area for a year I think they deserve a good 4 stars. Not too dirty. and it's got your basic things. Not all equipment that I'd like to use are available. And it is crazy crowded more often now. It opens at 5am and then at 5:30am it is a clusterf in there. Edit: it's open at 4am now thank goodness!!

This place is way to small for this area. It does not even provide TEAM or cycling class. The equipment is old and kinda run down or broken. It seems like so much space is wasted. This is okay for a quick workout, but will be crowded. Most of the time we travel from Eagle Mountain to American Fork.

The membership is a joke. The cheapest membership is about 215 a year with only the basic equipment with al the fees included. The medium membership is about 225 and includes a lot more. I don’t like how the website doesn’t make this more obvious. There is no point in getting the cheapest option. Besides that, this gym is small but is kept clean and organized. It can be crowded so be prepared to not have access to a lot of machines.

Due to extreme anxiety I have a very hard time wearing a mask. The front desk girl was extremely rude and condescending and would not let me in without one. I understand the rules and I would have been willing to put one on had she handled it differently but the way she handled it was beyond inappropriate. I’ve never been treated so rudely by any employee. The gym is the one place where I feel like life is somewhat normal. Lockdowns have put me in a place of extreme depression and I’ve been so grateful to feel a sense of relief at the gym. Now it’s one more place where I will be discriminated against. Hire employees that can show some empathy and don’t treat members like garbage.
