Use to work here I sold everything and the glass protectors were life of the device I know because I sold them this actually came from mybullfrog shortly after leaving the company they changed this to 2 years which basically screws over everyone who purchased it with the peace of mind it will be covered. I get it business is business ashamed of the upper management who stated it’s always been 2 years as I assure you it was not. Hell 90% of the 5 star reviews on this location was a direct cause of my impact of how I treated customers. Do yourself a favor and go with t mobile

Can I do zero stars? This store ADMITTED the promotion they sold me was wrong.... the sales associate was new and confused..... and still would not stand behind their sale. Thank goodness for verizon wireless. NEVER go to to gowireless, ALWAYS go to a TRUE VERIZON store. Such a joke.

We have been visiting GOWireless the last 3 years, and always have had great experience! Everyone is knowledgeable, very effective, and helpful. Zero wait most of the time, and when we had to wait few minutes we always were given correct wait time estimate, and apologies for waiting. This is how customers should be treated! Today was another great visit. Thank you for all your help! Prices and deals are the same as at Verizon store but customer service skills is something that Verizon at American Fork can learn a lot from.
