Walk thru the doors Backwards

They need to hire more stock people. The last two times I shopped here, I was sold food past its expiration date. A tube of Jimmy Dean sausage, two weeks past it’s expiration date, which stunk to high heaven when I opened it and a bag of hostess donettes, which was 5 WEEKS past it’s expiration date. And now I have to, what, drive back to this place to get the 2 I spent on the donuts refunded? Getting sold expired food is not fun.

This store is kept very clean and sanitary. The customer service is great and they have most products fully stocked. This store can get pretty busy. Always low prices!

Employees at the Saratoga Walmart, specifically customer service, decide which policies they will follow based on how they are feeling that day. There's no accountability, even when you are accosted by an employee. The store manager will never follow up to resolve issues even if you call repeatedly. Shop at Target. Their employees are nice and follow company standards and policies.
