My husband and I purchased our wedding rings at this store. My ring has been nothing but a nightmare since the day we ordered it. Did not come in the correct size even after they sized my finger. We sent it out twice and still doesn't fit properly. On top of that, when they sent it out, apparently they didn't retighten it from the sizing and my Center Diamond fell out the day after our wedding! I go every 6 months because I was lucky enough to get the lifetime warranty. 8 out of 10 times the ring has to be sent out for yet another repair and it's always 3 weeks at least before I get it back! The ring is off my finger almost more than it is on! Had to send it out again over two weeks ago, call today to see if it was ready being I was in the area, and was told that the ring had been picked up! Well, no one had picked it up!!! luckily, I save all the paperwork for each and every repair. They finally located it and told me it won't be ready till the 19th which is more than ridiculous! It will have been well over a month that they've had my ring! The staff doesn't seem to care and corporate cares even less! I will never ever ever buy any jewelry from this company again! Terrible!!!
