Highly recommended, we’ve just had our bedroom carpets, office, stairs and landing supplied and fitted by Sergeants carpets, so quite a job, and one which had to be done on 3 separate days. They were exceptional, from start to finish. There was a query with one which was remedied immediately and without fuss and for me, the true mark of quality customer service is how you deal with elements that are not right. A final point is, Sergeants carpets were significant less than Carpetright, about 20% less, so local and competitively priced. Would have no hesitation in using again, nor in recommending them.

Craig Sargeant and his team deliver a really quality service. All communications with Craig were excellent, including advice on products, pricing and the installation options. Our job was for an Office setting with carpet tiles and vinyl. The installation team took great care and checked in with Craig on a couple of details before starting the job to be sure all was just right. They were very professional and quietly got on with it in a very COVID safe manner. We will definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend the company!

Many thanks to Craig Sergeant and his team for looking after my elderly parents so well. He really helped them through the whole process from choosing the right carpet for their bedroom to fitting it only a week later. His lads were really efficient, arrived on time and moved all their furniture for them and then back again after fitting. They left the room perfectly tidy and it was a very pleasant experience for them. They would choose Sergeants Carpets again without a doubt.

I was looking to have our flat recarpeted. After contacting several traders I called Sargeant Carpets. Craig Sargeant invited me for a chat at their local store in Bognor Regis and within 20 minutes I knew what I need for our flat and it was clear to me that I ve found the right people for the job. Craig was very friendly and professional and clearly explained me what the options are for our flat. I was pleasantly shocked when another trader I was in contact with suggested that I should stick with Sargeant as they are great and he stepped back! From that point it all went nice and smooth and within two weeks the job was "done and dusted". Craig kept me updated on the job, explained me what's gonna happen in the day and helped me to plan it accordingly. Chris and Sam from Sargeant Carpets came over as agreed, did a flawless job and the rest is history I could probably write more about our pleasant experience but to summarise it...5 stars service and strongly recommend Sargeant Carpets! I have just had hall, stairs and bedroom carpets replaced by Sargeant Carpets/Craig Sargeant. Very impressed by all aspects of the service. Excellent communication in advance and fitting completed as agreed across two separate sessions. Carpets look and feel great so no issues with quality. I was especially pleased with the fitting work, which took in all marginal areas (e.g. inside fitted wardrobes) without having to be asked. Would definitely use again.

I needed my halfway and kitchen done with vinyl flooring as it was in a horrible state. I've used Sargent carpets before so I knew that using then again would be a great choice, and it was as my floors look amazing and the team worked so well and we're easy to talk to.
