Harbor View Club is my oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the ship life. It is a very relaxing place to go and have a drink with friends or even by yourself. The Khaki lounge is my second home, the WiFi is amazingly fast at this spot. The restaurant Chop located inside of Harbor View is pretty good and a must try whenever you are in Sasebo. Also every Thursday night the do a Mongolian Grill here that's pretty darn good yet can get really pricey depending on how much food you put on your plate. Also, the slot machines inside the establishment are somewhat loss so come try your luck I know plenty of people who have made a lot of money on the slots here.

Good service. Smoothies are delicious. Sandwiches and fruit seem a bit overpriced.
Definitely stop by and have a pizza. They've got a brick oven and it's delicious. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. Second floor. BBQ is good too.
O club was good, great bartender, good steak dinner. If you've got no other place to go for the night or you're looking to stay on base recommend it. Also the coffee for the cafe in the morning was good.
I love eating from Harborview. As a Foodservice employee, I notice the Japanese employees are not wearing Hair Nets. Please provide hair nets to the employees. Thank you for your Service
There are several events that go on with 3 different establishments inside. The cafe sells Starbucks products and some of the best smoothies I ever had. Harbor view club has your classic American, brunch, and dinner with some Japanese options. There is also a khaki club for officers and chiefs alike. Favorite event would have to be the Sunday brunch buffet. Definitely should check it out of you haven't already
Pretty good. The restaurant is all right, especially if you like baseball steak (or rather, softball?). Better wait and go next door for Sunday Brunch. Now that’s spectacular! Even better on Thanksgiving or Christmas!!! Live piano, and videos of the Wizard of Oz. I’ll be the Lion. You can be the Tin Man. (They didn’t have C3PO back then.)
Honestly? A bit overpriced for what's offered but it's good food. Mongolian night is Wednesdays and it's just a fancy stir fry bar. I don't say that to knock it but fancy stir fry / Mongolian food. If you guess close enough to the price, your meal is on the house. There's a bingo night Fridays and the cafe does pretty great paninis and smoothies.
