They don’t make the drinks in accordance with Starbucks company recipe. They just do whatever. Cold white chocolate mocha comes with whip cream but here I have to pay extra. Is this even Starbucks? From Starbucks website- “Iced White Chocolate Mocha Our signature espresso meets white chocolate sauce, milk and ice, and then is finished off with sweetened whipped cream to create this supreme white chocolate delight.”

This place never disappoints. Good service, warm and relaxed atmosphere and great products. I appreciate the patience offered by staff who are not English speakers, yet are willing to work with us as best they can in English.
Nice size Starbucks w/ good seasonal drink selections as well as the typical offerings. Sometimes crowded, likely due to location, would be nice to have more seating. Some staff speak and/or understand English well which is nice for tourists & other non-Japanese speakers; also have English on the menu which is helpful.
The staff here is so nice I'm going to miss them when I move!!
I collect Starbucks travel mugs, over the course of 60 some locations, I've always had good service, and polite staff. They have snacks and coffee and souvenirs for wherever the shop is located
