I have had great experiences at this store. I have been there 3 times and each time staff are helpful and kind. My son came with me twice and I am comfortable taking him there. Lots of game selections for him for Xbox one and ps4 and we recently bought some N64 gear too!!

The staff is SO helpful! We got great trade in value for our items. The store is clean and well organized. There is a huge gaming selection. So happy with our Cashopolis experience!

Not bad me andy girlfriend went in to sell an Ihome no problems until I was out of earshot in the store away from my partner then the staff proceed to hit on her and ask her all types of not appropriate questions like "what are you doing after this" just unsettling considering we walked in holding hands like a normal couple would I just know they won't be getting my business again until they teach they're staff the proper way to speak to a customer no matter the age race gender or marital status we went in there to sell something not fory girlfriend to get creeped out and uncomfortable makes us never want to do business here again

This store tries bribing customers with a higher trade In value in exchange for a 5 star google rating. Edit: reply They offered me 40% extra on a snowboard in exchange for a 5 star rating on google. I didn’t take the bate because I’m pretty sure that’s against googles policy.

We brought a game in December, January and got home the case had the wrong game in it. We called the store, they said bring it back when we are back town. I took it back at the end of February and just received the game today. They kept their word and shipped it out no questions ask. We live 2 hours away.

Bought a TV few weeks ago hdmi didn't work for me at home but worked at the store not sure why but they let me exchange for a new one of same value and it's working great really appreciate the customer service.

So I bought call of duty black ops for the ps3 but when I opened it up there was another game the other game was battlefield bad company 2 ultimate edition. I suggest making sure a right game is in the case
