This art gallery is atrocious. I give them a one star review. They agreed to pack and ship an old German painting that belonged to my dad before he died. The painting was an original and it was almost 60 years old. This was the one item from the entire estate that my elderly mother requested be sent to her. While staff were packaging the painting, an item fell from a shelf above and put a tear near the center of the painting. Staff were apologetic. They agreed to repair the painting and then ship it. Despite repeated phone contact by me with gallery management over a period of many months, I have never received the painting. Management has simply stopped contacting me. It is now almost two years later, and my mother is still asking for her painting. I don’t know what to tell her. The initial damage was an accident, but the lack of accountability from this art gallery is unforgivable.
