Great place to go for ice cream or other sweet/salty treats. Very friendly service, we had been there once before several weeks ago, and when we went the second time they remembered our name! They have free treats for your furry friend, and their menu options are delicious! I recommend going here, especially if you live in the Caswell area!

5 stars based on the service alone - from the friendly greetings to the goodbye waves - the front staff make you feel so welcome! Ice cream was good...very similar to other neighbourhood ice cream stores in the city. Portions are very generous! Loved their soft serve and dips! Large selection to chose from.

Unique, high quality ice cream, served by friendly and interesting staff. Crunchy Dog has become one of my favourite places over the summer and I look forward to seeing them in the spring. Spaghetti ice cream is an interesting variation, and they always have special ice cream and dog biscuit treats for your dog.

This is a cute, sort of ‘hole in the wall’ place. Their menu is large and creative, but a little bit pricy. The mozza sticks were stringy and warm, and the coating was crispy and flavourful. The portion size to price ratio seems a bit off, but those deep-fried, golden little slices of heaven are so seriously addicting I don’t even care. I don’t know what I was expecting when I ordered the gummy bear twister, but I was a little bit disappointed with what I received — just whole gummy bears and plain, vanilla ice cream. The Black Forest parfait nailed the cherry flavour for sure, and I love the whipped cream and cherry on top. The parfait’s biggest downside was its presentation; cute, but functionally questionable. Because all of the ice cream is at the top, it has none of the delicious sauces, then the bottom is just saucy vanilla soup. Unfortunately, hard cones were not available at this time. TLDR: you MUST try the mozzarella sticks. The menu is creative, but nothing too special; you could definitely make some of the items at a Circle K. Seems like a good place to bring the family, or to let your inner-child come out.

Great little hole in the wall. Owner could not be friendlier. Lots of interesting options from a simple dipped cone to spaghetti ice cream at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Just ate here for the first time. Seems like a hidden gem! On a hot day like today I was worried we might have to wait a while, but turns out, I was wrong! We were served promptly. The ice cream was absolutely divine! And the prices are friendly on the wallet! Summer may be almost over but we will definitely be returning soon!!! \u003c3
