Alex was amazing. We asked so many questions and repeated the same questions to make sure we had it all correct. He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. We even asked if he could send us pictures to confirm we were correct in explaining how we wanted the Windows to open. He obliged immediately. He sent us a bunch of different pictures of the styles we picked and the type and direction that they opened. If the install goes as well as the measuring and ordering, we will be very happy campers. We will update our review after the install is complete.

We’ve chosen Ecoline to change all windows and doors in our house. Alex who did the quotation was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained different options and how they reflect on the project price; he had the product samples to show us and provided the full specifications in his quote (not all companies do that). The price was reasonable, the product quality was outstanding and Ecoline are experienced in doing large casement windows (we have 39x39 inch windows in our bedrooms). The installers were very professional, did the job neatly and in a good time and left the house and the yard clean after themselves. We are very happy with the product, the windows look great and the furnace now runs 3-4 times less often. The only disadvantage is that the project commencement was scheduled for August-September, but we only got our installation appointment in late October, and only after I contacted Ecoline regarding the state of our windows. Hence – four stars.
We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service we received from the Ecoline Window Representative today. The consultation with Alex was informative and very professional. He arrived on time, immediately put us at ease with his knowledge and manner. We signed up right away for an installation once he explained the quality of the product and the warranty. Alex from Saskatoon came to us last week to give us a quote and I have to say what a nice guy! Not pushy, explains everything, very professional and super helpful! We were very shocked on what was quoted as we were thinking it would have cost us double and more! Super pleased with the service so far and I would recommend anyone getting a quote!!
Very professional company and offer superior customer service. We jumped on a deal they offered early on during the pandemic to save a couple thousand. They got installed on August 25th and the installers were fast, friendly but also meticulous. We even got a call from the company asking how things were going during the installation. Also filled out a customer feedback sheet for the installers. 10/10. We used another company for our second floor a few years ago but Ecoline is superior in every way including a much longer warranty on the windows.
We had a great experience with Ecoline. They went through our quote in detail, made sure the measurements were exact, and worked quickly for our winter installation. They cleaned up as they went and made sure everything looks good from outside too. Our house is 100 years old, so they worked with the character and details of the old window frames. We noticed an immediate difference with our home being less drafty and quieter. I’d recommend them absolutely.
I booked an appointment for new windows. This was the second quote I was to receive for the new windows project for our house. Ecoline blew the other company out of the water it wasn't even close!! Alex Atamanchuk, the project manager, was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of what was needed to be done, options going forward, and lastly the timeline for our new windows. Another appointment has already been set up to finalize measurements...Whoop Whoop!! Very impressive thus far!!
Very happy with our experience with Ecoline! From the initial consultation to the quote, they were professional, respectful of our time, so informative, and not pushy at all. We changed our minds about colouring (more than once) after accepting the quote and they were so understanding and patient with us. They responded quickly to our emails, were on-time for quoting and final measurements and were over-all so professional and great to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone who values quality products, customer service, a warranty second to none, and a great value for your money.
