I recently purchased an exercise bike from here and the service was great. Yes, it took a few months to arrive, but this was explained at the time I ordered it. Fitness equipment is in short supply right now so I expected to wait. The bike finally arrived and assembly was a breeze. After riding the bike I noticed the resistance wasn't what I expected. A tech was at my house that same day and took a look. No issue with the bike, it was just the nature of magnetic resistance. I was able to exchange the bike immediately and had a different model in my house ready to go within 1 hour!!. You will not get this kind of service on-line. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
